Change subject: restapi: Fix missing description for bad request ...................................................................... restapi: Fix missing description for bad request Introduction of versioning created a regression where, depending on whether the client explicitly provided a version in the URL (e.g: /v4) - descriptions for bad requests may not have been displayed. This patch fixes this issue by considering the 'source' of the version - provided by client or added implicitly by the engine - when comparing the URL of the request to links in the RSDL.
