Change in ovirt-hosted-engine-setup[master]: add_host: don't ask for cluster name if there is just one

Change subject: add_host: don't ask for cluster name if there is just one ...................................................................... add_host: don't ask for cluster name if there is just one No need to ask the user for cluster name if there is just one available. It also may confuse the user on the initial install, making him think he can enter any cluster name.
