Change subject: configure: Add AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE for tar-pax ...................................................................... configure: Add AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE for tar-pax tar-v7 is pretty old format and has limitations, like, file names up to 99 chars and can refuse to create the .tar.gz file during make dist. This patch updates the project to use tar-pax.
