Promoted change_queue from a module to a package - It is getting too big and is probably better broken Apart - Not breaking code apart for now because it will make it harder to incorporate further changes from currently un-merged patches. - Reporting features that will be added soon will probably be better implemented by having message template files in packages instead of having the message templates inlined in the code.
