Add Debian and Ubuntu installation instructions This patch adds to the top level README.adoc file some information about how to build and install the SDK in Debian and Ubuntu, specially taking into account that these distributions provided multiple variants of 'libcurl', and the SDK only works correctly with the OpenSSL version.
