This looks like an issue with the rename from sanlock-python to
python2-sanlock. On RHEL we did not do this rename yet, so I guess the
CentOS build should keep the old package name.
Looking at the python2-sanlock build info:

It looks correct to me.
I remember we had similar issue with ioprocess when we renamed
ioprocess-python to python2-ioprocess. I think the issue was at the code
synching the repos.
But in this case we should not do this rename because the the 7.7 RHEL
package does not include this change.
It would be best to use the sanlock spec from 7.7 branch as is for the
CentOS build.
