Actually, logwatch is trying to send through to this list, and I've
enabled it to received by default, but the inbound email has "explicit
address" or something that Mailman doesn't like. This is why we have
an endless supply in the moderation queue, and occasionally I flush
the queue to this list.
Ideally, we'd all be watching the logwatch here, etc.
