Jenkins slaves maintanance

fyi, found out that the fedora16 slave had only 1GB swap space, which probably cause some of the out of memory errors we had. increased to 16GB. also, rhel_62_slave_02 had only 5GB / partition, increased to 50GB. Eyal.
