Well, that's all good. But, just one question? How do I reach it? :-)
According to the documentation there is a php-gear and a mysql-gear. But
well, no information on how to reach them.

OK, you should be added now. The app is set to hot deploy, so you should
be able to do updates without it triggering a restart of the site.
