This likely means that the system uses upstream mirrorlists directly to try and detect the
mirror. We have no control over them - probably the PHX mirror should be defined instead
to combat this. [~gbenhaim(a)redhat.com] where do lago suits download packages from and how
can that be changed?
In this case it was lago-basic-suite-4-2-host-0 that failed to find the baseurl.
