Why? jenkins.war should be available from the jenkins website
directly.
Why would we be backing it up, unless we have some customizations
that
i'm not aware of.
i'm looking at the backup solution as a quick way to restore jenkins to working
state,
in case of a crisis, i won't want to relay on the web/jenkins site to provide the
right war file (it might be n/a at that time....)
