Creating a new project in the gerrit.ovirt.org
Hello infra team
We would like to create a new project holder in the gerrit.ovirt.org.
It will store the code related to the "Hosted Engine"[1] feature that
we currently work on.
We would like it to be called 'ovirt-hosted-engine'.
