This is the idea - have a central location for everything pluggable,
and under it put the actual plugin projects, so under plugins we'll
have hooks, UI-plugins, and whatever else that comes along later
DNS changes are in place, now we need to configure Apache and so forth,
depending on what we are doing. Do we want a bare directory structure to
start, or do something with WordPress?
