Yes. I just entered the site (was logged in from yesterday, but then
it said account is revoked) and everything looks ok.
On a side note, tickets should be opened regardless of the email used
so none of them should be lost when sent to infra-support.
Are you sure? Perhaps if emails are arriving from an email address of
a revoked account, they are ignored?
If I search for all tickets created by me, last one I see is [1],
almost two years old.

This setting, in each group under 'General' tab, is set for some
groups, cleared for others.
Unless there is a reason to have it cleared for specific groups, I
think it should be set for all groups, and also set by default for new
groups.
