Can't merge patches when Jenkins CI gives -1

Hey, oen of our CI jobs is broken and just set#s -1 on patches. With this -1 it seems, I can not merge patches anymore. I can give +1 for CI, but the submit button does not appear. Any hint how to workaround this? Or is this intended? Thanks fabian
