[~bkorren(a)redhat.com] other than adding the upstream_sources.yaml file and adding the
template for it, anything else is needed?
[~grosenth(a)redhat.com] can help you with adding the CI side, she recently added such a job
for OST.

I added to ovirt-engine-metrics a github repo as upstream source.
I would like to be able to test github PR with in jenkins.
