Didn't help. jobs are still trigerred and not linked to by gerrit.
because it's on slient mode (checkbox) on the gerrit trigger section.
this is set when you want to test something on jenkins and jenkins won't -1 the
patches.
if you want the jenkins user to review the patches, uncheck the silent mode,
you'll get -1 on each failure this job finds on the relevant patches.
