Sorry about this, we are bing 'spammed' by bing bot, I've been monitoring for a few days, and changed the robots file (first from a delay of 1 to 10, and now disallowing it completely), but Bing seems to ignore it (or at least it takes too much to refresh...). I'm thinking of setting up an apache in front of gerrit to manage this cases, and be able to ban (temporarily or permanently) the bots from the site. @infra, @Itamar: What do you think?
