mails to users mailing list remove cc from email

Hi, anyone has any objection to fix that so if someone is cc'd to a thread, they will be kept on it for replies to the list. I know it only removes people from the cc if they are on the list, but a lot of people have rules checking if they are on the to/cc of an email. thanks, Itamar
