This is just how git refspecs work, the 1st line tells git to take the
given remote ref and call it 'nir', the 2nd line tells it to check it
out to the working copy.
'refs/changes/01/80101/1' is just the way Gerrit stores patchsets:
refs/changes/<last 2 PN digits>/<patch number>/<patchset number>
