I've tried to set this up, but I must have something wrong. Only
check-patch ran. (ci build please also works, and has been working for
months.)
So why didn't check-merged and build-artifacts run on merge?
My patch to ovirt-web-ui for the stages:
https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-web-ui/pull/950
The webhook for the merge appears to have worked:

but only check-patch ran ...
The on-ghpush job ran too here:
https://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/oVirt_ovirt-web-ui_standard-on-ghpush/1/
And you can see in blue ocean that that change were pushed successfully to
the CQ.

Here is the CQ `add` run:
https://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-master_change-queue/37221/
It seem that are some unresolved issue that are causing to CQ to run
bisection loops, so at the time of this writing, the ovirt-web-ui build did
not make it through yet, yo can see its still in the queue here:
https://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-master_change-queue/37269/
So it all seems to work well, good job!

Let me know if this requires a ticket.
