ok, yes it worked in the past (at least for some time).
I'll try the restart if they do not stop the requests in one hour (I've already
refreshed the robots file a couple of times :S).

lets give the robots file a chance to work (it did in the past?) before
going to more extreme.
from past experience, restarting gerrit usually makes the bots go away
for a while (maybe refresh the robots as well)?
