repoman is used as part of the release process of ovirt, but i don't think we have enough documentation on it (or don't know where to look). We need to add basic documentation explaining on what is repoman, configuration options, examples of running it,etc,... it can be either added to the infra team readthedocs or on his own readthedocs like lago.
