BTW: you should probably add qpid-proton-java dependency in the spec and create proper symlink, see other java dependencies.
I have it on my TODO list. I would like to have mvn build running first. I need to contact proton guys to create rpm for rhel.
1. Please make sure you notice that the fedora package is at version 0.6, if I look at the right package. 2. There is no relation between fedora and rhel. 3. You also need a package for centos, regardless of how it is built into rhel.
