Reason for outage:
The hosting provider for ovirt.org has a server reboot scheduled for tonight. They intend to do a soft landing, upgrade software, and restart the VMs.
Once the outage is completed, I will make sure that all services have restarted properly.

Unaffected services: gerrit.ovirt.org jenkins.ovirt.org
