publish_ovirt_rpms_nightly_3.4 and disabled builders

Hi, looking at published artifacts, I can see that publish_ovirt_rpms_nightly_3.4 is publishing: http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-node_master_create_iso/ which is a disabled job.
