The oVirt Infra Team is a volunteer effort to provide community
infrastructure services by following "The Open Source Way" and accepted

Another option is:
The oVirt Infra Team is a volunteer effort to provide community
infrastructure services by following the tenants of open source and accepted
professional standards of system administrators.
