They are, AFAIU - in jobs/confs/projects/ovirt/system-tests.yaml .

I admit this is a bit sad for me - I happened to check and point at these jobs as a demonstration/reference of how a good run should look like (in terms of output, logs etc.). Was pretty convenient...
