New gerrit repo for repoman project

I'm working on the repoman project (a small app to help us manage the ovirt repositories) and it will help a lot in simplifying the jenkins setup if we can have it in a separated repository. I't not a big project and it will not have too much activity, but I'd like to implement a continuous delivery pipeline for it (as a POC also for others) and putting it in it's own repo will help with that. The current code is under the releng-tools repo, in the repoman dir. I'll create later today so I get not blocked, but if anyone has any issues after I'll remove. --=20 David Caro Red Hat S.L.
