Jenkins fails to fetch the patch from the git

Strange Jenkins behavior: * It fails twice on the same patch [1] in "git fetch" stage * It reports to gerrit of start/finish/failure about 3 hours later than the actual occurrence [1] https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/58946
