What do you think about ovirt-vdsm-jsonrpc? It looks like it is common pattern to have prefix ovirt in name.
I do not think there is a place for both ovirt and vdsm... but ok.
We already use vdsm-jsonrpc name for one of rpms in vdsm to provide jsonrpc functionality.
