Manual trigger tests broken?

Hi all,

Any patch I'm trying to trigger using http://jenkins.ovirt.org/gerrit_manual_trigger/
fail with this message:

16:20:09 chmod: cannot access ���/tmp/run/vdsm/automation/check-patch.sh���: No such file
or directory

Can someone check this?
