I must confess that I did not like the patch to begin with... I did not understand what real problem it solved, but Michal assured me there was a real issue. I know have Engine with a Java@ 100% CPU - I hope it's unrelated to this as well.
I suggest we do survey to see who doesn't have SandyBridge and above and perhaps move higher than Westmere. What do we have in CI?
