Update - the missing ioprocess package is solved now (thanks Lev).
The issue was having several builds of python-ioprocess, all from same git commit:

These builds did not have the matching ioprocess package. We had the same issue on both fc24 and el7.
Lev deleted the bad builds and recreated the repo, and now the vdsm build finished successfully: - http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/vdsm_master_check-patch-fc24- x86_64/1156/console - http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/vdsm_master_check-patch-el7- x86_64/5267/console
I also triggered a new builds of ioprocess - they should be published tonight: - http://jenkins.ovirt.org/view/All/job/ioprocess_master_ build-artifacts-el7-x86_64/40/ - http://jenkins.ovirt.org/view/All/job/ioprocess_master_ build-artifacts-fc24-x86_64/3/
The new build was published correctly - the latest build is now: 0.17.0-1.201608121731.gitbd272f2
Not working anymore, due to ppc64le python-ioprocess as explained in the other email. I'm going to drop ioprocess ppc64le from nightly publisher until a solution is implemented.

So we have 2 issues here:
1. We need *all* errors in the console http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/vdsm_master_check-patch-fc24- x86_64/1154/console
2. Someone need to fix the ovirt-snapshot repository - it should have the missing ioprocess package. Maybe the project xml is not correct?
