planned restart of Icinga and Foreman

Hi everyone, Today I'll update the OS and reboot the following servers: monitoring.ovirt.org foreman.ovirt.org As this will involve rebooting the Icinga service, some false positive alerts may be triggered so sorry for any inconvenience.
