Well, as much space and memory as you can give us :) Usually 8GB ram is a small slave, and 20GB disk is quite small, so that b= eing the minimum, you can set the maximum yourself :)
2. via jnlp (headless mode) - this is meant for internal slaves that c= an't be open to the outside. the slave connects to the jenkins master via java webstart agent an= d then can start running jobs. this is a less coninient way, since we'll have to ask you to do man= ual tasks if needed on that slave. though once it will run puppet and connect to our puppet master, al= l configuration should be set.
in addition, on both option, sudo access for specific commands might b= e needed, for installation of pkg, conf and other requirements needed to run misc jenkins jobs.
