Assuming someone knows they could create one. I didn't know I
could create accounts until today. I assumed it was limited to
wiki admin's. Then again I never checked.
Oops.
I added the link "How to create a user account" to the left sidebar of
the wiki, but it's really not advertized well at all.
A clear advantage to ConfirmAccount is that it makes the normal
account creation active, which is tied in to everything in a more
visible way.
