The only issue I'd have with that is a practical one - IIUC, the "Don't
send me duplicate mails" option is a personal one, on by default. Is it
something we can change for everyone through Mailman admin?
i hope these are two different things:
1. send an email twice - mailman would not send to you email from the
list since you are already on the cc list.
2. remove the person from the cc list when distributing the email.
