vdsm_master_check-patch fails consistently before starting the build

Hi all,

Seems to fail here:

22:17:59 Start: yum install
22:28:10 ERROR: Command failed. See logs for output.

tests are fine on travis (except some know failures).

tests are fine locally on fedora 24.
