Seems there is a problem with gerrit-hooks as related to Bugzilla updates.
With this change https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/66774/ gerrit-hooks says that Bug-Url is absent, while it is present and correct.
With this change: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/66723/ Bugzilla was not updated, while Bug-Url is present and correct.
