Needed for https://ovirt-jira.atlassian.net/browse/OVIRT-874 We have GitHub templates already in YAML, but they are very specific for Lago and not sure they support all the stages of standard CI. We need to update the templates so it'll be easy to add new project from GitHub if we want to.
