Automatic move to QE on wrong ovirt-engine tag

According to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1415691#c14 4.1.2 RC2 automatic move to ON_QA was executed on ovirt-engine-4.1.2 tag, but engine tag was ovirt-engine-4.1.2.2.
