it is there...
I don't see that package for fc21[1], maybe it's not being generated on
ovirt-engine side?

I am unsure why to create src rpm any dependency is required... it should=
take
spec as-is, no?
Some projects like vdsm need some extra dependencies to be able to
generate the spec file. I'd be glad if that was not required (only
autotools at least).
