SQLException on http://artifactory.ovirt.org/

Hi, on access to http://artifactory.ovirt.org/artifactory/ovirt-mirror/org/apache/maven/suref... the following error message is responded: { "errors" : [ { "status" : 500, "message" : "Could not process download request: java.sql.SQLException: An SQL data change is not permitted for a read-only connection, user or database." } ] } This seems to be critical for ovirt-4.0 CI build.
