Let’s start by changing the link in the mirrorlist file here: [https://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/mirrorlist|https://resources.ovi...] This will make all requests to resources go through https, we can then move on and change links in [ovirt-release|https://gerrit.ovirt.org/gitweb?p=ovirt-release.git;a=blob;...].
