Since today (19.6.2020), virt-install is [failing in el8
mock|https://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/standard-manual-runner/1291/console#L1...] with:

This is causing failures while trying to build OST images. It's possible that packages
in mock are now coming from CentOS 8.2 and they refuse to work with the el7 stuff we have
underneath.
Could someone look into this please?
