Tracking creation of 4.3 branch

Hi, I created a google sheet so we can track which projects created the 4.3 branch and also which ones have already added the branch to 4.3 CQ in CI [1] Can everyone please go through the sheet and mark the progress there + assign a contact for the project for doing this work?
