ci +1 missing
hi,
yesterday i uploaded a patch <https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/83942/> during
the problems with the CI, so the build failed (for el7 and fc25 but
succeeded for fc26) - patch did not get +1 from CI.
I ran ci pls build today but it does not give +1.
pls advise.
