User can't be added as a reviewer in gerrit

Hello, my user can't be added as a reviewer. what can I do to fix this? (I have 2 registered: aaviram@redhat.com, amitaviram@gmail.com- would like to keep the gmail one since all my patches and work was uploaded through it)
