both Icinga and Foreman are back up and running.

Hi everyone,
Today I'll update the OS and reboot the following servers:
monitoring.ovirt.org
foreman.ovirt.org
As this will involve rebooting the Icinga service,
some false positive alerts may be triggered so
sorry for any inconvenience. The Foreman interface
will also be unreachable for a period of time.
This will not affect any existing CI workloads.
